We are excited to share with you that on 2020 we'll have a new JUMPstart wave!
The program will gather 20 participants from around the world and the JUMPstart Scientific Committee, led by Prof. Mette Berger (Switzerland), will equip you with profound insight into designing, budgeting, performing, evaluating and publishing clinical studies along with experience sharing based on their years of expertise in the field of clinical nutrition research. The program will take place again in Germany, and will be divided in:
Both modules are led by the 5 members of the JUMPstart Scientific Committee. The interactive sessions are packed with information on how to perform research in clinical nutrition with a special focus on Parenteral Nutrition in critical care and major surgery.
During the JUMPstart program you'll have the opportunity to further develop your research idea up to a solid study proposal and apply for the € 250.000 JUMPstart Research Grant to support your investigation. The research proposal can come from the following areas:
The travel and accommodation costs may be covered by Fresenius Kabi (subject to additional local laws, regulations, and industry code requirements specified in the JUMPstart agreement, which may require the participant to cover costs of travel and accommodation costs and/or pay a participation fee). Healthcare professionals from the United States selected for JUMPstart must cover their own travel and accommodation costs and pay a $500 registration fee for participation in JUMPstart.
